Roll On: Reading - An Alien to Malaysian or is it just me?

May 5, 2017

To be frank, I wasn't big on reading. For the bigger part of my past, the idea of reading itself is somewhat weird. Most of the people I knew don't read and those who reads was not religiously. Maybe this public figures just published a book or some film was made from it or someone you look up to suggest the book - usually, the uplifting your heart kind of book. The ones who read was more spurs of the moment kind of action instead of the needs to read a book.

The needs!

Roll On: Me, in The Next 10 Years.

Jan 30, 2017

Dear diary,

Yeah, I'm so treating this blog as my personal diary.

Let start again.

Dear diary, after such a mind-blowing-heart-wrenching-soul-searching post that I wrote before, I am glad to tell, I am feeling a bit better today. Still a bit dysphoric but I was rather out and about. Tonight I put on some mask and properly clean my face so it really is a bit of a change. Yeah, my pimple scars are depressing but hey, one step at a time. This freaking Bio Oil needs some time and I just religiously wear it for about two weeks (kill me).

Since I am feeling better and had taken an hour nap after maghrib (I was so sleepy and the heavy rain was damn soothing) let's figure this out. I read this 10 years thing from Anwar Hadi's blog which you can check it out HERE. Basically, I just write what I want to be in 10 years to come and the main idea is to read it once a year. It was supposed to help me stay on the right path and be driven and stuff but Allah knows I'm not the most well-adjusted people in the world. Regardless, it wasn't really that hard and I'm a  bit curious as well.

Let's try to sleep before 1 a.m. okay. Please.

So, I'll be 34 years old lah kan. I'm gonna do this in points.

  1. I got a good career. One that I would enjoy doing every single day. Yes, it can be stressful at times, I am allowed to feel totally done with it, but at the end of the day, I would always know that it is my passion.
  2. I am married. Like seriously, I want to be married before I reach 27 years old and have some children aswell. Maybe three, and no problem of all being boys.
  3. visit my father regularly. He is so well adjusted that he wouldn't be going to need any money from me insyaAllah and seriously, the best you can ever give your parents is your presence.
  4. I am still connected dearly to all my siblings. Growing up a bunch makes them my entire world and seeing how some family just drifted apart makes me a bit scared that we would also. simpangmalaikatpatpulohpat.
  5. I have a stable life in term of monetary. I have owned all the basics like a car and a house. Whatever happens, I need to have a house in my name. If say I have already had a home with my husband, but it wasn't in my name, I'd buy another one. Real estate investment things.
  6. I somewhat have a solid plan at least, on having my very own business. I don't really give a thought on the kind of business I want since I trust that in 10 years to come I will learn more on business niche and then I can decide.
  7. Devotedly offer myself to a charity, I have one in mind and I would want my husband to share the same dedication.
  8. Overall a better Muslim. Specifically, I have successfully made myself to stick to a set of ibadah.
  9. Being an avid reader. Books have become something great for me and I want to always have it.
  10. At least have visited another country once.

My wants seem altogether surreal but at the same time seems so basic? I don't really need to achieve all those bucket lists stuff. Just not my thing so with that, I have this 10 stuffs.

Being adult is scary huh. It felt scary because I know what I want and I know that wasted time things and that kinda pressures me. I need to stop worrying unnecessarily.

Emm, what is the one thing you gotta have in the next 10 years?

Roll On: Get Inspired Everyday, Everytime with TED-dy

Nov 20, 2016

I am fairly sure the acronym TED is purposely made because of the word Teddy as if in Teddy Bear.

Well, of course not. Not when it actually stand for Technology, Entertainment and Design. TED talks is this conference where cool people of all sort of background shared about their idea, hence TED tagline, "Ideas Worth Spreading".

The first time I come across TED is because of this genius in beatbox-er named Tom Thum. Angah found out about him and showed me the video. At that time, she told me briefly about TED being this conference where people talk stuff. Like important and serious kind of stuff. For God sake, the sponsors were Rolex and BMW, those high end people. I was like "so stuck up peoples are there and this Tom Thum guys is going to beatbox?". He must be really really good, yeah, you can be good in beatbox, but how you're going to introduce it to this kind of crowd and what the heck you're going to present. Beatbox all the way? It is not a club. So I watched it.

I was making the right decision, he was good.

Basically, the peoples in TED are genuinely passionate about their work. But not only that, they need to be able to have good content and deliver it greatly. I always love to see how people are constantly in love with what they do. It made their presentation 10 times better.

I always believe to be with people who has achieved so that we always want to achieve. It is hard though. Mainly because, among my friend and I is that I noticed, we were always feel intimidated with successful peoples. We would feel small and anxious that we could never be like them. Instead of becoming motivated to find something we want to be great in, we would scoot away and sort of admire from afar such that we can only do that.

We are not, you're awesome. Success is not fame and fortune. Success is being content.

Ok, that is so long and i'm not even close to what I want to write today. It was supposed to be a short introduction of what TED is and followed with REVIEWING TED APPS.

So good day, yada yada, today, I'm going to share with you about TED amazing app.

Having said how awesome TED is, it is getting better with TED app which made scrolling all the talks easier.

the playlist

This playlist is made by TED, not me. As you can see in the picture, they have all sort of talks and yeah, an hour and half is a loooooooooooooooooooooooooong way to go. Actually, it is the duration of all combined videos under the said topic (see those numbers on how many talks each topic has?).

Actually, the far left choice, before the Playlist choice, is the Home option. It would suggest videos that I might be interested in based on the video I have seen. I always like computers to suggest things for me since they always know me better.

But the coolest thing is that, even with the diverse topics, this app actually make it easier to find videos that you want by selecting certain topic and duration you want.

you can always just search anything that piqued your interest.

i would suggest to set the duration for at least 15 minutes because choosing shorted than that
will end up with small choices only.

The also have the list of all the speakers/performers who has delivered with the description of their career. Sometimes I'll go through the speakers names and choosing peoples based on their job. They can be all sort of jobs like Moustache Activist to Critical Thinker and the "mundane" ones like historian, architect, painter, journalist, lunch lady etc. It is not really jobs but some way to describe what kind of people they are. They even have kids which one of them described as being a Child Prodigy (i am reading An Abundance of Katherines right now so bless me because I actually knew this term upon reading this novel).

All the videos has short but concise description so you can be sure if it is the
kind of video you want to watch. As you can see there, you can download it!

All videos has been captioned so no worries ey. Not only that, you can keep on scrolling the app and have the talk played in background. It does not play once you close the app though.

I am suggesting you guys to download this app and give it a go. Stop scrolling all those social medias for nothing and start feeding our minds with ideas. It doesn't have to be things you need, it is just simply understanding peoples around the globes and expand your mind. Like for example, this Benjamin Zander guy who has made me wanting badly to go to an orchestra even though I have very limited knowledge of classical music. He is just that good.

watch the video HERE

p/s: Did you know young Heath Ledger is simply a definition of heartthrob. You don't? You should really watch 10 Things About I hate About You.

Roll On: Tawakal and the wild.

Jun 23, 2016

Time is flying fast.

It is already the 18th Ramadhan folks and even though time supposedly to run slower during this tensed time (it's supposed to be slow when i am so tensed with exam but come on, it's Ramadhan!) I am still strucked that we have made it this far. Hugs and kisses!

This Ramadhan was very very different. I can not be lazying around since I'm having exam but sleep was still my biggest enemy. I sleep like nobody bussines! Of course I felt guilty and was trying hard not to. But i'm having new strategy now and hopefully the few days i'm fasting at home, meaning that i didn't need to face my notes and actually do something will help me off sleep. Or to actually sleep because I need it.

Also, it is different because I have awesome housemates to fast, sahur and iftar with. We went to the bazaar like almost everyday. Actually took early morning bus for morning exam. Went to Masjid Asy Syakirin together. Creating lots of memories. I've been meaning to dedicate a post on this. Some other days fellas~

Anywayyyyyy.

It is not easy I must say. I have always studying with sugar, caffeine and a good (at least) 6 hours sleep at night. But I freaking made it. ALHAMDULILLAH.

I have made it this far and it felt surreal. All of this was even possible because of Allah actually. It is important for you all to understand that I think this is the worst studying for exam I have ever done. Yet alhamdulillah I can still answer instead of staring at blankness.

Is it good though? I don't want to be so hopeful.

I learned this one concept about tawakal. If Istudy hard and can answer the questions or do well, I will put hope on success due to my effort. In other words, I put my tawakal on the effort I have given. Like I'll became more positive or optimist since I can answer after I gave effort. The same thing if it happen the other way around it, meaning if I think I don't do well, and start to think negatively.

It is wrong.

All hope are purely on Allah and we trust Him in everything. In anything for everything, we must trust Him. Even when we give a lot of effort and especially if we give less (but please don't do that as Allah give credits for effort). For good or bad result, if it is of His will and surely every decree of Him is the best for us. To tell the truth, it is LIBERATING.

I kinda like this word now. LIBERATING. Especially being able to relate it better.

I might be ending this journey of student life. InsyaAllah. I read somewhere about a character being so well put through out his harsh life and end up having a panic attack when he actually realize he is graduating like tomorrow.

It is scary not knowing where to go.

I tried to do some stuffs this years in the spirit of "last sprint". It has been a good drive and I am quite contented. It's like if I finally do this, I can face the future a bit better.

Though, fairly speaking, nothing can prepare us for the wilderness of the unknown future.

Pray for us. Like now. We still have Ramadhan on our sides.

Roll On: Calm the f*ck down.

Jun 13, 2016

I'm taking my first final, final exam paper in less than two hours. I have this good feeling that everything going to be ok like before the  two hours before I sleep last night.

Because like the immediate two hours before I finally can sleep, I have nervous breakdown/bad feeling. Nothing major of course. Just a minor one. I started to remember all these few events when I have this bad feeling and ended up with one.

Though I think I can't sleep due to the ever delicious Line Clear's "nescafe ais" I've drank during iftar. Then I became restless since I can't sleep even though I have tried for almost half an hour. Scrolling 9gag wasnt helping at all. I seriously suspect the caffeine was also a culprit. Yes. One thing lead to another, I am fairly having a nervous breakdown. A minor one.

I hardly drank nescafe though. Usually coffee mix which the one that actually gave effect on me. I've abstain myself from coffee mix since I want to sleep early, nescafe was not that strong. But, I kinda crave one yesterday. Totally underestimate it.

I manage to sleep sometine around 0115. Not good fellas.Waking up early will make it harder of course. I sleep after subuh (please don't do this) to like redeem the sleep but one thing bout me is that I always have this gasey windy stomach and uncomfortable taste in the back of my throat specifically after sahur and the chances to get it increases if i sleep after iftar. It didn't happen for the past few days which was like AWESOME yet it happen TODAY.

Why am I updating blog at this wee hour? I need to took my mind of things. To like calm the fuck down. I can't have coffee which is cool btw just that I need to calm the fuck down.

I use to, this one time, think that I need to study and study and study till the last freaking second because some of my friends were doing that. I hardly done it and were already like all loose and stuff the morning I have my exams. Especially if the exam at noon or evening, I'll like slept for an hour or so. My result was not of the tops, do mind that. But I've tried to do that one time, to study untill the last second, because I tought I'm not giving enough as everyone is.

It failed miserably.

I realize the "loose yourself" things i've been doing was me calming down. It helps me to collect my thoughts and remember stuffs. I realize I always be nervous and stuff but by time and experiences, I learned to calm down and think thoroughly. Think clearly. You need to allow yourself to embrace what life has offered and learn it tentatively. Understand it thoroughly. That is what helping me to calm down.

Don't be affected by surroundings. Like seriously, DON'T. The world will continue to roll and you can let it go when you need. Give it your best game with the best way you play it. It's your game. The end-result was all yours. Do it your way. The way you body and soul come to term with.

Just remember to be responsible.

Roll On: Always gives EFFORT

Jun 4, 2016

Bismillah,

These are they unto whom Allah showed favour from among the prophets, of the seed of Adam and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the revelations of the Beneficent were recited unto them, they fell down, adoring and weeping. (58)

Now there hath succeeded them a later generation whom have ruined worship and have followed lusts. But they will meet deception. (59)

Save him who shall repent and believe and do right. Such will enter the Garden, and they will not be wronged in aught - (60)

Surah Maryam.

Before these verses, Allah told bout few Nabi that He has chosen. How amazingly devout and the greatly paramount taqwa that they have. I do felt jealous that I don't have even a teensy bit of that.

I do has been sinful especially day like today. Day where I found myself too lazy to do anything eventhough particularly today when my report has been overdue and I dont yet finished it.

It has been an ongoing battle this is. I usually get struck with this unbelieveable laziness when I finish sort of a marathon of hardship. Sort of hardship. Sometimes I just like blank. These few weeks has been hard. It has officially ended yesterday with a twist of cough and cold. Yup, I am a mess of stuffy nose and sore throat and simply lazy. Or in medical term, lethargy.

*keep on comforting myself with nonsense.

It is SUPPOSEDLY to officially ended yesterday as I have initially planned to finish my report as well but it is not anywhere near completion.

That made me sad really. That I be such a loser like this. I mean if I simply took a break I should be responsibly do that after finishing my report. It was a shameful thing to pray that my studies was earnestly for Allah yet I do these things.

Reading this verse made me feel even worse. I realize that my solat has been delayed almost at all five times. My subuh was even worse as I do wake up but lazily did a real wake up and solat. On top of thar, this laziness is a sheer proof of me bowing to my lust. And other things of course.....

It made me feel guilty knowing how gloriously succesfull all those people that He had choice on those later times and how He has told that they will be peoples like me TODAY.

Quran has expected it all along.

Ramadhan is in two days times and I want to change. I need a plan on how to spend Ramadhan effectively so that I'll be stronger and my first step is SOLAT EARLY.

It has been on and off effort. I do seriously at everytime hope to make it permanent. I keep on failing obviously. I realize now, at my own petty stage, the main idea is that I need to always, always, want to change. For the better. Even though I kept on failing, as I am now, I still need to keep on going on. What I forget is that the effort is what I have right now and actually, it is the only thing that I have now, inshaAllah. Hopefully I'll reach that needed amount of effort so that I went to the next stage of iman. It is not that I will continue to be pristine at those stage but I really really want to istiqamah and be like that.

I have a friend like that and she is not what people would say those ustazah type. She is nice and sweet and decent. She always pray on time even for Subuh and even do tahajud regularly. She read the Quran and always comitted to it at every time after maghrib. She was a nice friend and good student. She might not seem much of an excellent student, outspoken, or those people which were showing aura of budak surau but I do idolize her. Maybe it is in her modesty. I only realize this as I practically live with her. I really want to be like her.

Change is hard. Fighting your lust, your inner demons, all those negative thoughts and all those "simple things" that you thought don't really mess with your iman. Fighting to always remember Allah, to always believe in His love and grace. Trusting that He still want you and will you to be His best servant. To understand completely that He would forgive us. To trust that you can always gives effort and He will always gives you credit for that.

Remember that Afifah. Please.

Never lost hope.

Roll On : From flaming night and soothing dark.

Feb 24, 2016

When I first get into UKM. I was scared. I got no one I actually knew here and I'm not good at making friends especially when i'm not in a good mood. I hated orientation week. I still don't understand the kind of benefit I've actually procured from it.

Not only that, peoples seems to know others. You know that feeling when you have your own group of peeps and were contented with it and then not really wanted to go about and get to know each other. Well. I tried. It is frustrating. However, I managed to actually found a friend of friend of mine during matriculation. She understand me well as she is also been in the same situation and we were with each other company then. Thank god.

My roommate was awesome but since she joined performance things she can't be with me much. But i got to spend a splendid year with her as my roommate.

During those times, i remember feeling scared when i saw the night sky was bright. It almost felt like KL was on fire and the flames has been illuminating the sky. Well, of course it is not. It was actually the lights of KL.

In Manjung, the night sky was soothingly dark with stars. Sometimes, we went to the beach in Teluk Rubiah. The stars were so bright that we did not need much of lamp to guide us. Kind to think of it, we didn't actually bring any torchlight or anything. Walid will go about throwing his fish net and I''ll walk through the beach and amazed how I managed to guide myself with light of stars and moon.

I love Manjung. It suited me. It's my peace and slumber.
I love KL. It challenge me. There is always some adventures to spend time with.

An enchanting Tioman.

I guess the point here is that, I've changed. These differences and experiences teaches me things. I am so not the way I used to be. I really like it too. Loved it. Things and tragedies have passed and I learned bits of me changes with each. I also feel contented. It was a really pleasant feeling. I am so grateful to be able to feel this feeling. c'est la vie.

Today is the third day of my last semester. I keen to make it the best one ever. Most importantly, I wanted to push myself in this last sprint.

Roll On : Do you have friend?

Dec 30, 2015

i am a Stormer (read it as Bastille-fan-too-much)

and here i am,

i love to start out random. it just felt fun to do.

******

have you ever miss some one so much and it hurts a bit too much cause you know you are not going to see them again. such disappointment. the helpless feeling. it's bearable. but .

i am SO not good with people. i learn to do things by myself. it's kind of Encik Addnan children guide 101. i usually have my own stuff so usually i didn't really need to ask others. that is also because i have been thought to think further ahead. feeling like running a fever thus going to the clinic and get me some med. by myself. always skeptic to other. but i like to help others.

is it bad not too have someone i can rely on heavily? i don't have that person to suddenly do stuff because you are my best (?) friend so we should be doing everything together. even though it troubles them. i hate to trouble others for my very own benefit. though an ideal best (?) friend was not suppose to feel troubled.

i do don't care much when helping others. cause really, i do it cause Allah sees it and i couldn't bear the thought if my friend is in trouble yet i can of a help. na-ah. i bukan nak pewasan (a housemate of mine can't pronounce R , it sounded like W, having fun teasing her that it ended up i am using it all-the-time).

i'm not saying i'm a good person, i really am far beyond that.

i even "choose" to help. if you were taking advantage of me or if i see you are doing well even without my help, i am not helping you. and i USUALLY know if a person is using me.

-yeah, kind of pissed.

do we need such friend?

it felt good though.

i have two other sisters about the same age of me. and this folks are the best. i can run them done and still ask some more help. they will be there. always have. i thought, maybe i felt contented with them.

at junior school, our day school (normal math and science class), we went with our mom. my mom is a teacher. it's a bit far from our house. so basically, my friend at school was not staying near to our house.

we do went to evening school (religious based school) which is close to our house. yet most of our friend at school living at other housing area. long story short, i don't have much school friend near my home and living separate day and evening school kind of draws me back.

it's a big thing if you don't share that day school story at evening school and have friend near to play in the weekend. it create this gap. but i still playing with neighbours' kid. they were all gone now really. most were children of marines which means they move around.

at high school, i started to built this friend. but it was not much. i think it is because we have matured a little. catching a glimpse of what a friend really does mean. but we don't go and play like kids at this age of course. and walid is strict that we don't do hang out thing. back in the day, all the females students usually were that conservative. we don't go and hang out. just there. in the house.

by matriculation, the first time ever i have been away from house i learned that people have this friend to count on and it is really okay. you don't have your family now. it is these friend. i learned that thos staying a boarding school previously have understand this better and earlier. and now i am starting to learn it.

and i made myself some friend back then. such good and ideal friend whereby i do everything with them. it was a genuinely happy feeling.

it was awesome. it was bliss. it was happy.

WAS.

the next thing i learn about people is that, then can stabbed your back. cold heartedly. with no regret.

and with that my fellow reader, i learn about trust issue.

at matriculation, on making this good friend, i learn to give my heart all out. it's okay and the right thing to do. yet it crushed on me so hard.

pursuing degree, meeting more people, i learn that there is no perfect person that suit you. that wouldn't be stabbing hurting and stuff.  at matriculation, when i give my heart out, i accept them for eveything. now, i can't seem to accept them if they were hurting me.

i choose to reject them.

reading "Looking for Alaska" I realized i was wrong. so i accept others back and make peace with myself. i learn the beauty o friendship lies in the gives and takes relationship and most of all to accept and be at best to make the most out of it. if the trait really a self destruct trait. a friend would try to mend it. or else accept it for it is them. accept it sincerely. but i still do keeping part of of myself to me. well, maybe quite a large part.

i made a balance. a live with and without good friend. maybe it's because we are selfish that we want others for ourselves. yet we empathized that we also give ourselves to them. i cant help shakes this feeling. this reasoning. i mean, do perfect and ideal friend exist?

it really does exist.

walid shows us it does.

when his friend's mom dying and he was travelling the country yet hop on right back to continue miles away journey just to be by his friend.

when his friend come right back at first eid to be with walid when we were at lost.

or that stupid time when walid lost his car keys that his friend travel back (across country) to give the duplicate.

and that time his friend when literally crazy and it was dead challenging yet walid was still by his side, until now.

these friend. were gems. diamonds. golds.

i can continue on living with these current good friend of mine, the ones i learn to accept their flaws, and still enjoying my life. will they go the length for me? i don't know. honestly i don't. i don't even know if i'll reach them for help or will i be quiet as i have always do. i don't know. there is nothing to expect.

i do know that i myself is not the best of person. i might not even be worth it for all the reason. i don't do this awesome friend thing. i might not even be able to be this friend.

but, how does it feel to have this friend?

i want to have that feeling.

gimme this guys and it would be enough. haha. sorry to ruin the moment.

Roll On : Be driven. At all time.

Dec 22, 2015

Have you ever felt so-not-motivated to do anything?

I always love the urge to do something. To feel excited. I love the satisfied feeling I got when I finished studied something but somehow I could not get such feeling on study week. I thought it may be because of the stressed and all. The pressure to do well. The thought that I will be dealing with lives and that my exam result kind of reflecting my future patients life's.

Urghh.

BUT. I love study. I really weirdly do. I love to venture new thing and understand it. It's an amazing feeling. Just that I'm not a fan of exam. Though I understand the paramount needs for it. It's a love-hate relationship. It's complicated.

This lack of motivation. It can be of anything. Not only studying. Maybe at working or relationship. I am in so much denial to go for the "adulthood" when I will graduated.Either way, my issues is that, whhat is i can't get motivaated and driven at work? Part of it maybe because of the repating cycle of work life as well as the thought of work is to get you money. I hated that. I want my work life to also be a part of my life. I kept on thinking that I don't want to be different at work and not working. I want all of that to reflect me.

I can see some well example of this lack of a person "life" on working. They are happy. But I don't seem to comprehend how work is separated as a money generator for the other side of their life. It's like I need to be this for a thir of my life so that I could be living "my own the other two third of life" Although most of them seems contented and happy, I don't feel such liking to  that kind of two-life.

I don't want the one third of my future life to be an alien on the other two third of my life. I want to be that me at work and off work. That this is all me. Not some one who is living a separate life. Like now when we were studying. This is the friend I am at study and at fun. Yet this is also me reflected in my work or at hanging out. At sharing knowledge or at babbling nonsense.

No, i don't mean to be a workaholic. Me doing work is off outside working hours. I just want that feel of I have done something worth the entire of my life. That i am not wasting any. I don't want to be stucked at something that could not excite me. I don't want to be a workaholic or something. I just wanted to be happy and driven to do anything that I want to.

DRIVEN.

One way of it is to do is tabligh (to deliver). As is to share kindness and word of advise. I do believe if you make your work as a way to improves other people deens', it would work at all times, at work or not. You could be driven to improve yourself so that you can do tabligh better.

The fun trick is that, you were doing Allah utmost order. That everything you want to do or somehow made to do, will eventually work out.

be content.

Roll On : See the bigger picture

Nov 27, 2015

We keep this love in photograph - Sam Tsui and KHS making an awesome cover; currently on it as i keep on writing.

I used to handle some programmes and need to make some BIG SHOT decision. The pressure was intense. I am tensed. But at the end of the day, I learned so much.

One most VALUABLE i developed in the process is PATIENCE. I used to be quite hot tempered and being in these situations, with the amount of ignorance and stupidity people shows, is not going to be solved with that. Plus, it makes me more tensed. So patience is my solace.

I need solace. to be at peace. my peace is my catalyst. but, this world is chaotic. Peoples are chaotic. So what i had developed by this is to still be in control of myself regardless the pressure.

How?

We always feel overwhelmed with things. My things may not be such an issue for you, but it is an issue. Same as, if I say I can't understand why you issues bothers you much cause for each of us, different matter, matter to us. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT.

You must first know you shits.

Know your limits. Know what bothers you. HOW it bothers. What cause the issue. Can you go around it. What you can do.

GET 360 DEGREE WITH YOUR SHITS.

That is what i've done, I get personal with my issue. I learn to understand it thoroughly. Give myself options. What happen if i do this. or this. What to do know. PRIORITIZE. Most importantly is that i get myself the biggest picture.

If i got lots to do, i see the picture for a few days ahead. What to do today, do i need to withold this because i need to do other things which i need it done before tomorrow. Or do I give this shit today and other shit tomorrow. to be able to planned this out properly i need to see the bigger picture, to expect things. Know at what thing you need to push yourself more. Do i need extra effort somewhere.

Extra effort is still needed. Those burning the midnight oil and running all over the places is still necessary That is the beauty of this thing. Know how and when to make really go over the top because you can do it. Human are wonders. Your mind, body and soul is awesome. You can do many things. Don't let yourself stucked simply because "i have always do this like this, i can't do more". I really really REALLY believe we can be anything if only we trust ourselves. Give yourself the CHANCE it really NEED. Let them prove that they can do wonders. Get to know how strong they can be.

FEEL TOO OVERWHELMED?

Please don't shut yourself out. Well, actually, i always do that at the beginning, usually by sleeping it off or watch a movie of something. If an issue bothers too much, you need to distract yourself, go play something, get your mind of it. THEN START FRESH!

Think fresh.
Lastly, be calm.

You know your limit now. What you can do or can't do. You have given everything their own time. Finish it ONE BY ONE. Get one thing finish completely before you go on other things. Be at calm and dont feel rushed by other people.

YOU GOT THIS.

wanna share how i get attached to this guy

Roll On: At lost and At Trying.

Nov 13, 2015

There are much BIG things happening now and I am never be much more taken with problems as i am now. I usually able to reason myself, to justify the issues and stop worrying. But this time, i keep on reassure myself  again and again and still have this troubled feeling.

Sometimes, we do really need to think long and hard on what were happening and critically assess what does it implies on our own life. Cause Allah always meant what He give to you. It moght be hard but it is never less not needed. Never. Then think, how others may carry on, those who have the same problems as you but are more less fortunate. How they are able to get out. Be those silent stalker and see what actually they do that i may need to do.

MAY need to do,

You never really need to follow other way simply because they have done it. You can do it much more as you but still be betting the same result though. Having said this, do trust yourself. Like truly trust yourself. Yesterday is a history. A stop. An end.Today is a new day. Just do what you want. Start as fresh as you need and never be troubled by yesterday.

BUT you NEED yesterday.

Not only your yesterday, but other yesterday also. Mistakes are beauty. Imperfection is perfect. But we just never really want it. So learn to avoid doing it by studying it better. Understand why it happen and how to not be happening. Learn to embrace it if it does happen. But never be to scare with the POTENTIAL of it and thus putting a barrier in your effort.

Lastly, CONFIDENCE.

You always can do it. FULLSTOP.

just don't be so hard on yourself, they can do wonders if only you trust them and let them be.

when you happy like a fool.
let it take you over.

:)

I am currently on the bus heading back to UKMKL. I am at PPUKM now.

You see, people tend to postpone things that made them uncomfortable. Things they perceive as HARD. I am always doing this, hence, procnasting. I am talking about my thesis. It is already the fourth week but I only get 10 patient to answer my questionnaire. It is really stressful. But i am laughing of it.

I am giving reasons since i gives effort. Though i realize i need to give more. Also i need to study which cause me shuffling my time between so. I really really want to achive the original target of this questionnaire.

Then our timetable was shuffled. Annoying really. I got my appointment for my acne tomorrow and they scheduled a class tomorrow. And i only knew this TODAY. Yeah. Suck.

I am scared at to many things.

I am still not managing my life best. I need to look deep into my time and study and thesis management.

I want to write badly in my blog but i cant get a coherent points. I am literally babbling one topic to others.

See how messed up i am now?
